Job Title:Shuttle Driver/ Customer Service Representative Location:  9089 Tehama Ridge Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76177Job Overview:As a Shuttle Driver/ Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need safe and reliable transport to and from our shop. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our guests and our community.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesProviding a safe shuttle service for our valued guestsTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersKeeps a timely shuttle routeAssists passengers in getting in and out of vehiclesAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededNotifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenanceKeep the vehicle and facility clean and organizedFollow all safety policies and proceduresAssist front office with greeting and assisting guestsOther duties as assigned
